What is your work process?
I start by understanding requirements, goals and gather all the necessary information for the project. Once is all set, I start by defining a main problem or goal to start generating ideas and a clear path to follow. I then start designing and developing the project, and finally test and launch it.
What do you think about communication in the team?
Just as important as my technical skills is my ability and how I care about communication, timelines and project management. I believe that communication is key to a successful project management and I am always open to feedback as willing to listen to others.
What makes you a good fit for any team?
I am a very proactive person, always looking for new challenges and learning new things, open for new opinions and willing to help others. I am a very organized person therefore looking for ways to improve my work and the work of the team.
What is your experience with remote work?
I have been working remotely for the past +2 years and I have learned how to manage my time and tasks efficiently. I am always available for meetings and prefereing to have a video call until is everything clear.
